We’re excited to share a major milestone from our Cambodia facility: umbrellas have successfully moved from pilot runs to stable mass production, passed rigorous quality inspections, and begun batch shipments to global customers. The operation follows Topumbrella’s standardized shipping SOPs—professional, traceable, and on schedule.

• Stable throughput: production lines achieved planned daily output targets with balanced QC checkpoints.
• Quality assured: in-line, pre-final, and post-final inspections completed with results meeting customer specs.
• Compliant packing: carton drop checks, shipping marks, and sealing procedures performed per SOP.
• On-time logistics: containers gated in on schedule; sealing and documentation completed the same day.

Manufacturing & Inspection Snapshot

Our Cambodia plant follows a layered quality system: incoming material verification, in-process audits at key operations (frame assembly, canopy stitching, handle and ferrule fit), and 100% functional open/close checks before packing. AQL final inspections were conducted prior to container loading to ensure shipment readiness.

• Functional: open/close smoothness, runner locking, rib alignment
• Visual: canopy symmetry, stitch consistency, print/label accuracy
• Durability spot checks: water-repellency spray test, UV label verification (if applicable)
• Packing: polybag, desiccant, carton strength, shipping marks and pallet stability
