The square canopy opens to roughly 101cm across — and because the coverage extends into four defined corners rather than tapering off in a curve, it protects more of what's next to you: a bag on your shoulder, a child beside you, a laptop you're trying to keep dry. It's a small geometry shift with a practical difference that most people notice within the first rainy commute.
The 8-rib iron and fibreglass frame is what keeps the square shape stable under wind. Fibreglass flexes without snapping; the iron reinforcement holds the canopy's angular form when gusts push from the side. The 190T Pongee fabric sits taut across the frame — water beads and runs off rather than pooling. Auto open and close works on a single push, which matters when you're stepping out of a car or through a doorway with your hands full.
